Each player is obliged to pay an organisation fee
FIDE fee of 70 Euros (blitz 35 & rapid 35 Euros) for each player shall be paid by FIDE member federations directly to the FIDE bank account.
A registration fee in amount of 120 EUR and 50% accommodation cost shall be paid for each player and accompanying person prior to October 31, 2024. Bank charges shall be covered by the sender. The remaining payment is to be transferred no later than the beginning of the championship on December 13, 2024. Registration fees for the late registration, withdrawal or no show shall be charged in accordance with Section 3.9 of the Regulations for Specific Competitions/General Regulations for FIDE Competitions: https://handbook.fide.com/chapter/D0401202312.
The payments in question are to be transferred to the following bank account:

Anmeldeverfahren
Entry forms must be filled in and sent to the tournament office no later than Thursday October 31, 2024.
If the registration form is not completed by the federation itself, a copy has to be sent to the national federation. The Registration fee is 120 € for each player and each accompanying official/person. The registration fee is compulsory and represents a confirmation of participation. The registration fee includes transportation from and to Zagreb International airport (Croatia), accreditation, identification, badges and organisation costs.
In order to ensure proper tournament standards, FIDE member federations must fully complete the official registration form published at the official website before the registration deadline of October 31, 2024. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
The transportation, which is included into registration fee, will be provided from and to Zagreb International Airport (Croatia) on the arrival day (13 December) and the departure day (17 December). Zagreb IA is located 40 km from the venue. Transportation from and to Zagreb IA can also be provided on other dates, however, such transportation will be subject to an extra charge.
