Hotels and Meals

The event will be held in the official hotel complex comprising of the following 3 hotels: Hotel Terme 4*, Hotel Toplice 4* and Hotel Čatež 3*.

• Reservations are made on a “first come, first served” basis.
• All hotels are part of the same complex and within walking distance of the playing hall.
• The playing hall is located in Hotel Toplice, and it is connected to Hotel Čatež through an underground corridor.

Accommodation daily costs per person:

*It is also possible to stay in a triple room. A triple room means that an extra bed has been added to a double room. The price per person is the same as in a double room.

The tourist tax paid per person /day is to be paid directly to the hotels

Accommodation can be provided for a longer period of stay (more than 10 nights) on condition that the organiser be notified about such a request in advance. This type of accommodation is to be provided at an extra cost.

Airport transfer

The transportation, which is included into registration fee, will be provided from and to Zagreb International Airport (Croatia) on the arrival day (13 December) and the departure day (17 December). Zagreb IA is located 40 km from the venue. Transportation from and to Zagreb IA can also be provided on other dates, however, such transportation will be subject to an extra charge.
